For the second consecutive year, Nissan has clinched the top spot in customer satisfaction among truck brands for dealership service in the esteemed J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Customer Service Index (CSI) Study. Scoring an impressive 873 out of a possible 1,000 points, Nissan has outperformed its competitors, surpassing the segment average by a notable 30 points.

The J.D. Power CSI Study, now in its 44th year, serves as a benchmark for measuring satisfaction with service at franchised dealer or aftermarket service facilities. This year’s study, based on responses from nearly 65,000 owners and lessees of one- to three-year-old vehicles, evaluated service quality across various factors, including service advisor, vehicle pick-up, service facility, and service initiation.

Nissan’s triumph in the truck segment is attributed to its outstanding lineup, which includes the Frontier and TITAN models. The Nissan Frontier, renowned for its versatility and capability, boasts a standard 3.8-liter direct injection V6 engine generating 310 horsepower and a towing capacity of up to 6,640 pounds. The 2024 model year introduces the nostalgic Hardbody Edition, paying homage to the iconic Nissan Hardbody truck of the 1980s.

On the other hand, the Nissan TITAN offers full-size strength coupled with bold design and advanced technology. Powered by a 5.6-liter V8 engine producing 400 horsepower, the TITAN leads its class in standard V8 powertrains. With a maximum towing capacity of 9,290 pounds when properly equipped, the TITAN exemplifies Nissan’s commitment to delivering top-notch performance and capability.

For enthusiasts seeking enhanced visual appeal, the 2024 TITAN introduces the SV Bronze Edition package, featuring striking bronze 20-inch wheels and a gloss black front grille surround, among other upgrades.
